If something goes wrong when you using Dialer Queen, first ensure that
you're doing everything right. You may have mistyped some symbol or forgot to click "Save" or
whatever else.
If you're doing all right, but the problem still exists, refer to the help file, it may already
contain an answer to your question.

Please, include the following information when you mail us:
- The version number of Dialer Queen, you may see it in the title of the window,
that appears when you click "Help" button (the rightmost big button on the main window).
- If you are registered user, please, specify registration name. It can be found
in the window reffered above. Registered users will get higher priority during support requests processing.
- Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP version you are using.
- Computer information - CPU type, speed, amount of RAM (memory) etc.
- Detailed description of the problem you faced with. Please describe your
problem, when it happened, what you was doing when it happened and any other information
that may help us.
