Dialer Queen - Automated internet dialer with skins and plugins support

The main window of Dialer Queen may turn into two modes:

Normal mode:
Dialer Queen Normal Mode
Small mode:
Dialer Queen Small Mode

Note: the appearance of Dialer Queen may differ from above, if a skin other than the default skin is applied.

Window in a normal mode

The four large buttons at the bottom of the window are (from left to right):

  • Dial button - click this button to connect to selected connection (DUN entry)
  • Hangup button - click this button to disconnect
  • Options button - click this button to bring up options window
  • Help button - click this button to see program info and this help you are reading right now

Right above the dial button is the connection list. It contains the DUN entries (connections) currently available. You may choose another entry by clicking it with the mouse or selecting it with arrows keys or by clicking up and down buttons on the right of connection list. You may also use your mouse wheel to do this.
Each connection has a pop-up menu, you can bring it up by clicking the list item with right mouse button. The following pop-up menu will appear:


This menu contains the most frequently used features. You may use the "Move up" and "Move down" items to adjust the connection's position in the list.

The four buttons on the left of connection list are (from top to bottom):

  • Add new connection - click this button to add new connection to the list
  • Remove connection - click this button to remove selected connection
  • Connection properties - click this button to edit the selected connection properties
  • Connection statistics - click this button to see the selected connection statistics
Please note, that the pop-up menu mentioned above also contains these functions.

At the left side of Dialer Queen window is status area, it displays such information as: current time, amount of time you spent online, connection speed and amount of downloaded and uploaded data.

In the top right corner are three buttons (from left to right):

  • Minimize - click this button to minimize Dialer Queen to system tray
  • Change mode - click this button to switch between normal and small modes
  • Close - click this button to close the Dialer Queen

The button in the top left corner is a Dialer Queen icon. Click it to bring up the Dialer Queen's system menu. You can also bring the system menu up by clicking Dialer Queen icon in the system tray.

System menu provides an easy access to almost all Dialer Queen's functions: you can dial the selected connection or choose another connection from submenu or bring up the options window etc. You can also easily start and stop plug-ins using the system menu. The check mark near the plug-in name means that this plug-in is running now. Note: do not muddle this check marks with those in the options window. Check marks in the options window mean that plug-in should be autostarted upon Dialer Queen's startup, check marks in the system menu mean that plug-in is running now.

Window in a small mode

Instead of normal mode, window in small mode have only two buttons: dial and hangup. Also, the status area in small mode contains time information only.

Above the time display, there is a name of selected connection. You can left-click it to select another DUN entry, or right-click it to bring up the pop-up menu described above.
